Cascade Arch Built from a central column of balloons this design incorporates 6 helium filled arches soaring and cascading over the designated area. This is ideal in a large area such as a grand entrance way or a large dance floor. Framework included in this design. A deposit is charged and then refunded when the hardware is returned.
