What are your opening hours?
1100 - 1600 Mondays
1100 - 1700 Tuesdays
0930 – 1700 Wednesdat to Saturday. Closed Sundays, Mondays and public holidays
How can I tell if you have the item I want in stock?
If you go to the item the system will tell you if it is in stock or not..
A costume is the wrong size. Can I send it back?
If you are an Internet customer you can send it back within the period outlined in our returns policy. As a shop customer we expect you to have satisfied yourself as to fit before you make the purchase. Returned goods must be undamaged, unused and with undamaged packaging.
What is your returns policy?
Our returns policy is explained in detail in our Razzamatazz Terms section which can be accessed from the menu banner at the bottom of the home page.
What do you do about faulty products?
If anything you buy from us is faulty or unfit for purpose we will replace or refund as you wish. No quibbles.
How can I pay?
The web shop allows you pay or with a credit or debit card via Pay Pal or through your Pay Pal account. They are an extremely safe method of paying. In the shop we take all the major cards (Not American Express), cash, and cheques from pre approved account customers. We also accept card payments by phone
Are my card details safe with you?
Yes. All the card data is kept securely by Pay Pal.
Is my personal data safe with you?
Yes. We do not divulge customer data to anybody else other than for the purpose of getting your order placed and delivered.
How much is postage?
Depend on how quickly you want the goods and how much you want to pay. You choose the service you want. Our shipping details are here
How long will my order take to arrive?
We offer Royal mail 1st class 2-3 working days, Royal Mail 2nd class 3-5 working days over most of UK We can also arrange next day delivery. You can select your preferred method at the checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for the errors of others but we will always help as much as we can if there is a problem.
I have seen the same product cheaper on another web site. Will you match that price?
Regrettably not. Different selling prices are reached by different companies because of the specific conditions and costs in that company. Other people’s prices can be more expensive, others can be cheaper. There is usually a good reason why things cost what they do and basically in this world you get what you pay for. Beware of cheap imitations. But we don't mind you asking. If we can do something then we will.
Are your shop prices the same as your website prices?
Not always. Sometimes we take the view that the as the actual costs of running the site are different from the costs of running a shop then the price of an item might also be different. Sometimes we might have a web only offer or a shop only offer.
Have you got free customer parking?
Not by our shop, but there are lots of Council run car parks within easy walking distance
How long have you been in business?
Over 25 years and we are still a private, family owned business.
How far from Fareham will you deliver your balloon decorations?
Our delivery area is roughly a large semi circle from Hamble and Warsash to Chichester
What if the picture on the website doesn't match what was delivered?
Well, it always should do. If that happens and we haven’t had your agreement, then you get a full refund or replacement. No argument.
Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?
If you tell us before the item is despatched there will be no problem. If it has gone out to you then you can contact us under the returns policy and we will do what we can.
Do I have to put down a deposit for hired items?
Yes, but it is fully refunded when the costumes are returned as agreed.
Can I hire costumes from you?
Yes, But only in person in the Fareham shop. The web site shows some of the hire costumes but we haven't yet arranged a way to hire nation wide. You need to provide ID and a security deposit. We take the full value of deposit and hire fee and then refund your deposit when the item is returned as agreed. You need to make sure your card is good for the deposit as the card companies take a while longer to give money back than they do to take it in the first place.
Can I speak to somebody if I have a problem?
Yes, please do. Call us on 01329 822051 between 0930 and 1700 Tue to Sat and somebody will be happy to talk to you and answer any other questions you may have.
Can you recommend a venue?
